#boutofbooks challenge

There are several different challenges going on this week as part of Bout of Book 10 and todays comes from the very lovely River City Reading. For this we have to give you lovely people a list of books we're looking forward to reading. My list is coming straight from my bookshelf! REMEMBER click on the book covers and it will take you straight to GoodReads so you can add these to your TBR shelves.

10 Books From My Shelves I'm Looking Forward To
#boutofbooks Read-a-Thon

Deep Blue
by Jennifer Donnelly
I've had this as an eARC for a little while now but haven't gotten around to reading it. I now have a physical copy as well and it's so pretty! I can't wait to get into this world of mermaids and see what Deep Blue has in store.

If I Stay
by Gayle Forman
This book looks SO good! I've seen it around of years but never thought to pick it up. THEN I saw the trailer for the movie adaptation and I just had to have it. I'll need to get this read before the film comes out so this is pretty high on my TBR list.

The Selection
by Kiera Cass
Another series that I'm completely oblivious too and everyone else seems to love. Now that the last book is out I think it's probably the perfect time to start reading these. I'm not very good when it comes to waiting for sequels, so being able to binge on the whole Selection Trilogy will be a real treat!

The Distance Between Us
by Kasie West
Isn't the cover pretty? I'm not even entirely sure what this one is about, but I know I need to read it. It's have glowing reviews on Goodreads and is just looking at me on my book shelve.

Lola and the Boy Next Door
by Stephanie Perkins
Oh Stephie! I loved Anna and the French Kiss but have been so busy with other things I haven't had the time to read Lola and the Boy Next Door. The Third and finial book in this series is out this week - today I think - so I'm extra pumped to get this one started. I will have it read by the end of summer, that's for sure!

The Promise of Amazing
by Robin Constantine
This seems like my perfect summer read. I can't wait to see if I'm right.

To All The Boys I've Loved Before
by Jenny Han
Oh how I've loved reading everyone's review for To All The Boys - and there have been quite a few! I love the cover and I've read the first chapter and adored it. I hope that the rest of the book lives up to the opening and I really hope I can join the bloggers raving about this title.

Dorothy Must Die
by Danielle Paige
You lot know I've been excited for this one for months and yet some how it's slipped down my TBR pile. I need to push it back up and get on my read shoes. I'm off to see the Wizard guys!!

The Secret Diamond Sisters
by Michelle Madow
I got approved for this on NetGalley so reading it will be like killing two birds with one stone. It looks like a fun and exciting read. Fingers crossed I get around too it soon.

You're The One That I Want
by Giovanna Fletcher
I LOVE GIOVANNA FLETCHER! Billy and Me was/it one of my favourite books ever and I've been dying to read this every since I finished Mrs Fletchers first novel. Again I've only heard good things about it and I think this is the one I'm most excited about reading.

So that's what I need to read & why.  Make sure you leave a comment and tell me what you're looking forward to reading. Can't wait to hear from you minion :)

    1. That's my biggest problem! I have SO many books I want to read but I really do have to get through my ARC pile first. And some of them just turn out to be shocking!

    1. I always like to read the book first! Although sometimes I wish I hadn't because it doesn't measure up.
